Inspire Learning Careers fairs

Terms and Conditions

1. The purchase of a Careers Fair Package will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

2. The full fee for The Careers Fair Package is due after email or verbal confirmation to go ahead given by the designated member in charge of the Careers Fair Package at the school and the invoice has been sent.

3. Once payment has been given, the Careers Fair Package cannot be refunded. If the date of the fair needs to be rescheduled and communications have not yet been made with parents/external potential volunteers, this can be discussed however INSPIRE LEARNING reserves all right to refuse the new potential dates if they clash with other commitments. The same applies to the in-person staff training inset session provided.

4. If the client decides to cancel the Careers Fair Package, no refund shall be given.

5. Although unlikely, INSPIRE LEARNING reserves the right to cancel/request a reschedule at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of INSPIRE LEARNING cancelling the Careers Fair, including the in-person staff training , the Client will be offered a refund or alternative dates if preferred.

6. In respect of each ‘resource’ granted and sent by INSPIRE LEARNING to the Client, the Client agrees that they, nor anyone from their organisation shall not provide the the resources to any third party who is not a Client. This includes screenshots. The resources count as all powerpoints, flyers, worksheets, email and whatsapp templates and anything else sent to the school from INSPIRE LEARNING.

7. The client agrees not to replicate the Careers Fair in any similarity. This includes using the same acquisition techniques for volunteers, reusing any of the resources sent by INSPIRE LEARNING (even if they are amended and slightly edited).

8. The client agrees to not use ‘The 6 Key Skills’ in other areas of learning in their school. These key skills are a part of the INSPIRE LEARNING framework and are not public property.

9. INSPIRE LEARNING is not responsible for any concerns or issues caused by volunteers on the day of the Careers Fair. The safeguarding procedures outlined by the client in their School’s safeguarding policy are to be adhered to throughout the time the volunteers are on site. The client is responsible for ensuring these policies are followed and each volunteer signs in and out using their school’s systems. INSPIRE LEARNING agrees to keep copies of all of the personal details of the volunteers for up to 5 years after the event. Volunteers will also have their photo IDs checked on arrival.

10. The Solo Parent Sleep Coach is contactable Monday- Friday 7am-7pm. Responses will be provided as soon as possible after receipt, subject to personal circumstances or holidays.

11. The Solo Parent Sleep Coach is willing to travel, on a case by case basis, to clients within Surrey. Should travel be necessary, the Home Consultation price will be reflected to cover all reasonable expenses incurred including but not limited to travel, travel time and accommodation.

12. INSPIRE LEARNING reserves the right to cease the provision of support and the Careers Fair Package in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to INSPIRE LEARNING.

13. INSPIRE LEARNING reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
